An extraordinary vintage Pokemon collectible featuring one of the most celebrated Gold Star cards of the original EX era! This 2006 Pokemon EX Dragon Frontiers Charizard Gold Star Holo #100/101 showcases the iconic Kanto powerhouse in its striking black Shiny coloration, beautifully illustrated by Masakazu Fukuda. The dramatic holographic artwork depicts Charizard unleashing a powerful blast of fire, with its wings extending beyond the illustration frame and the coveted gold star symbol appearing beside its name. Featuring distinctive Darkness-type Delta Species mechanics, 90 HP, and the Rotating Claws and Dark Swirl attacks, this memorable card captures the excitement of mid-2000s Pokemon collecting. Professionally authenticated, encapsulated, and graded PSA 2 Good, this example offers an opportunity to acquire an original Gold Star Charizard with its assigned condition grade clearly documented.

The Gold Star Pokemon series remains one of the most recognizable collecting traditions of the EX era, celebrated for its Shiny Pokemon artwork, distinctive rarity symbols, and memorable holographic designs. Released in EX Dragon Frontiers (2006), Charizard Gold Star stands alongside Mew Gold Star as one of the expansion's signature collectibles. Its dramatic black coloration offers a striking departure from Charizard's familiar orange appearance, making this printing especially memorable among vintage enthusiasts. Combining Gold Star significance, original EX-era nostalgia, and the enduring popularity of Charizard, this PSA-certified example is a compelling addition to a collection of historic Pokemon rarities, even with the condition limitations reflected in its PSA 2 grade.
